Hello there, and how are you feeling on the inside you today? For my self I am feeling well within myself, even though for a few days there I was a bit low....smile...Well this is certainly another one of those issues which will get you thinking about your rights under the constitutional laws of this country and under God's Ten Commandments, even more than before.
In this instance, I am recalling the times when my parents used to teach us as kids, from five to seventeen, how to choose our friends and to choose the right type of friends. Because most of the times we are guided by those type of friends we gather around us as we grow up. I remember both mum and dad saying to us, that if we choose badly, then we will end up just like them. Then I remember the first time my parents asked my sisters girl friend Jill, if they could search her bag, because after each visit from Jill some thing minor would go missing, like a trinket (One of Mum's decorated Tea Spoon Collection Set from various places visited by us and by Dad and Mum, went missing, each time and was replaced by some other kind of tea spoon), of Mums or my sisters (Scarf's and Blouses, and under wear, and ankle jewelry), or some thing from our/ Mum and Dad's crystal cabinet, and so on. So after the fourth time, Mum asked her in front of my older sister and me, to have a look in her bag. Well Jill began to scream out loud and accused us of not loving her and so on....but Mum insisted she had to search her bag, so Jill let her and Mum found nothing. And Mum was stunned to silence and meekly apologised to her for asking to search her bag. Well that cost sis her friendship with Jill. But six months later, Jill was caught out by another friend's Mum and was kicked out of their home, and Jill's parents had to apologise for her, and gave her a big spanking and she had to go home straight after school for a whole year. And she had to keep away from every one, for six months, then she could invite some of her friends to visit Jill in her parents home for another twelve months. Jill was lucky the police were not called, because others came forward with their suspicions as well and her parents had to apologise to alot of other people as well.
But what does happen legally in our harts and souls when we believe some one has robbed us. Whether it be in our Homes, Schools, Cinemas, Shops, Company Offices, Police Stations, Doctor's Surgery's, Hospitals, and so on? The first thing is we have already decided that the person is probably GUILTY OF THEFT. The second thing is, how do we approach it the next time around? How do we identify, who the guilty person might be? and then how do we proceed from their. Well Jill's example is typical of how we go about accusing some one of theft without the police being called into the situation. It was handled in the proper way by my mum, and it taught us kids a lesson about how to pick and choose your freinds even more so. Boy, I did not want to go through such an episode with any of my friends, so I began to be very careful as to who I decided would be my friends, from that time on. But time and age has a way of making one default in that area at times. At times we do pick some one with whom we ought not to have, but we think that our life's experiences thus far, will keep us in good stead, so that sort of thing will not happen to us, at any time. But being human, we do some times make this kind of mistake and we do end up being emabarrased and have to say good bye to that friend, or they leave us after a big argument. But the problem was ours in the first place. We ignored the golden rule of being careful of whom we join and why we join them to us.
But my Mum's example is what happens in alot of peoples lives today. It starts with a suspicion, then we begin to look for the basic common denominators to try to get down to the culprit in the situation. Then we decide how we are going to handle it in house. Then we have to go to that length to actually ask the person for us to please check their personal belongings, or bag and so on. but the accusation is always their in our hearts and minds and souls "We think this person has stolen some thing that belongs to us. The charge is that of THEFT." If we are proven wrong in this instance, all we can do is apologise to the person and hope they will try to understand our position and forgive us. Some times they do and some times they don't. HOW EVER, WE HAVE HAD TO ASK THE QUESTIONS AND SEARCHED THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, TO TRY TO IDENTIFY WHO THE THEIF ACTUALLY IS - WITHOUT GOING TO THE POLICE AND MAKING A MORE LEGAL ISSUE OUT OF IT. EVEN THOUGH ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE A MORALLY LEGAL SITUATION AND ISSUE, EVERY TIME. IF THEY REFUSE TO HAVE THEIR BAG SEARCHED OR OTHER THINGS BELONGING TO THEM, THEN WE ASK THEM TO NEVER COME HERE ANY MORE, TILL WE HAVE FOUND THE TRUE CULPRIT. The we will really make as much direct amends as we possibly can. Especially we will never disclose this situation to anyone else, till we have really found out who the true theif really is. Some times we have to call in the police, because the thief's actions and the amount and size of the theft demand it to be reported for.
Under our Constitutional Laws we have the right to be innocent till proven guilty, in OUR Duly Consitituted Court of Law. We have the right to protect our good name from being smeared by anyone and from any gossip people may display in their own circle of friends, and from having our good name put on public display as if we are criminals. Under God's Ten Commandments, such as Thou Shalt not Steal and Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbour, we are shown how to behave in these instances (See Authorised King James Bible - Exodus Chapter Twenty below).
How ever there is an immoral illegal complication being enacted under our very noses, and a short cutting of these morally righteous legal proceedures happening every day around us and we are being led into believing that such short cuts of our Constitutional Laws and of God's Ten Commandments, ought to be acceptable behaviour, when in fact they are not to be seen nor to do so. This is the lie. What I am talking about is, Company Policies, and Store Policies, and normal business policies every where, that all shop owners and store owners and other business owners, and managers every where are displaying signs that say - "It is a Constitutional Morally Legal Law and as such a kind of binding law upon every man and woman and child's conscience before the Bench of the Law Insitu' that upon entry of this store, you have automatically bound your consciences legally and morally over to the companies store policy without the need between us of the signing of any kind of formal written written contracts- that you must upon entry to our shop and store and so on, bind your selves and ALL of your moral legal rights under the Constitutional Laws and the Ten Commandments of our country - to our store policy that states, you must upon request by any number of our staff and security staff, and or owners of this shop and so on, make your self and your belongings available for search, without question by you, or redress of wrongs, by you what could turn out to be false accusations and bearing false witness against you, by us, as a morally conscious righteous act before us and before the Bench of the Law in this State and Country, for us to be able to search you in the event we decide to believe we think you guilty of theft, and so on. When ever you are asked to do so."
Are you getting the picture now? What we have as our Constitutional Moral Legal Laws and our Christian Morally Legal Ten Commandments, is that NO ONE has the right to search you nor I, not even them selves, for any reason without the suspicion and charge of theft being laid upon us, by the accuser at the time. That NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO SEARCH US AT ANY TIME EVEN IF THEY THINK WE HAVE STOLEN SOME THING FROM THEM OR FROM THEIR STORE WITH OUT THE PRESENCE OF A POLICEMAN AND OR POLICE WOMAN, BEING PRESENT, AND THAT A CHARGE OF THEFT HAS BEEN LAID UPON US INSITU' ALREADY TO THE POLICEMAN AT THAT TIME: Plus it is illlegal to try to make all of us believe that we have stolen some thing from them, when we have not: plus it is illegal to want to make all of us believe we are always guilty before proven innocent, without ever ending up in front of The Bench of our Law Courts: Don't you know what being a bully is? and the denying of our Constitutional Morally Legal Rights our? and what our individual Rights as Moral Human being's under the Ten Commandments are? If not why don't you? That it is against our Constitutional Laws and The Ten Commandmetns, that try to circumvent these Laws and Commandments as being day light acts of robber of our Rights under heaven. Which is un-Lawfully and illegal for any one to want to do
as well as try to do, against us and against our normal godly moral consciences.
Did you NOT know that NO SIGN IN ANY STORE OR SHOP HAS ANY LEGAL BINDING OVER THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS AND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS AT ANY TIME? THAT TO ATTEMPT TO DO SO, IS ACTUAL ROBBERY AND THEFT IN ITSELF. WHICH CAN BE PUNISHABLE BY THE VERY SAME BENCH OF THE LAW IN EACH STATE OF THIS COUNTRY.
That there can be no actual binding agreement of any kind of the consciences to the Bench of the Law and of the Ten Commandments without first an actual written agreement and the signing of such an agreement before God and other witnesses as well as the Bench of The Law? if not why not? Don't our solicitors always tell us to read the fine print first. Well where is the fine print in the company and shop store signs that say - "It is the policy of this store, that you must upon request, make your bags open for inspection, by any one of our staff."
There are Two Laws in Australia under heaven, in particular that bind us all of the time and those two are 1. Theft, it is an offence and the breaking of our Constitutional Law to steal from any one at any time and where. Which is Punishable by Law. 1A. Thou shalt not steal, based on the Eighth Commandment. 2. Telling Tales, Slander, Defamation of Character, Being a Bully, Lying, and Cheating, trying to leave a cloud of doubt against another man's name and conscience, and another person out of their personal belongings and rights is a crime. 2A. Though Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbour, which is the Nineth Commandment. Which is Punisbale by Law.
So when ever a staff member or other paid employee or company director, demands that you or I must make our selves and our belongings available for a security check, to try to see if you have stolen some thing of the sore or shop or business, or hospital and so on, you and I have the right to say no, and refuse to be searched, and to leave that shop or store
without interferenc from anyone, and If a supervisor or manager or security staff are called in to detain you for any reason, you can have them charged by the police, with obstruction of justice, defamation of character, bearing a false witness against you in front of other shop customers and the other staff members, illegal detention and false imprisonment, plus it is an act of self centred and selfish bullying by the shop owners and company owners to try to convert us to a lie, which tricks us out of our Rights under heaven, and the violation of your Constitutional Morally Legal Rights and the violation of these Commandments from God, in these matters.

So if you are a shop employee and or a paid security member working on site, or whether you are a management position holder or a director of the company or hospital and so on, and I beg of you to stop doing this, to us and to your selves, and you continue to have these signs up in your shops and you continue to try to impose the will and intent of these signs upon every one who walks in to your promises, then each of you individually are liable to be charged with all of these charges mentioned in this letter. And you can be brought up before The Bench of the Law and be found to be guilty and a sizeable sum of money or imprisonment and other damages and costs may be awarded to you in respect of the charges you are automatically guilty of.
So please be very careful and ignore such signs and even make an address to the shop owners managers and or directors to have these signs removed, permanently, and their like permanently removed, because they are by Law an offence to every one.
They automatically are bullying and stealing through stealth, and deception, all of our individual rights and they constantly make the claim upon all of us, that we are guilty of theft, there by demanding a search of your goods and my goods, which we should never allow to happen, to us, let alone to each other when ever we walk into some one else’s store.
How can there be individual trust and self respect of each other, and of our selves, when, where ever you and I go, there is always the presumption that you are guilty and have no rights and no avenue of redress of wrongs against you and I. That is the lie, that is being imposed upon us daily, and we have to say NO, Bloody way, No More, to this ridiculous lie and practice.
What are we? Men and Women or Sheep for the slaughter, of our rights under heaven?
How are we bringing up our children, to know how to be honest and reliable and able to know and maintain all of our rights under heaven, when we blindly and in a cowardly way, allow our selves to practice a lie?
You people in the work force, and you owners of such business, Stop practicing this lie. Stand up and be counted and Say, I will Not Do this lie, in the work shop, nor will I allow it to be imposed over me, where ever I go in my life, nor will I teach my children to accept this lie, and to stand against it and its ilk where ever they find it being practiced.
If we do not stand against such a lie, how can we say to our children, you must do it for all of us. What a lie that is too.
Anyway, this is just another issue for all of you to consider for yourselves. I have made up my mind and I will never submit to it at any time.

So if you are a shop employee and or a paid security member working on site, or whether you are a management position holder or a director of the company or hospital and so on, and I beg of you to stop doing this, to us and to your selves, and you continue to have these signs up in your shops and you continue to try to impose the will and intent of these signs upon every one who walks in to your promises, then each of you individually are liable to be charged with all of these charges mentioned in this letter. And you can be brought up before The Bench of the Law and be found to be guilty and a sizeable sum of money or imprisonment and other damages and costs may be awarded to you in respect of the charges you are automatically guilty of.
So please be very careful and ignore such signs and even make an address to the shop owners managers and or directors to have these signs removed, permanently, and their like permanently removed, because they are by Law an offence to every one.
They automatically are bullying and stealing through stealth, and deception, all of our individual rights and they constantly make the claim upon all of us, that we are guilty of theft, there by demanding a search of your goods and my goods, which we should never allow to happen, to us, let alone to each other when ever we walk into some one else’s store.
How can there be individual trust and self respect of each other, and of our selves, when, where ever you and I go, there is always the presumption that you are guilty and have no rights and no avenue of redress of wrongs against you and I. That is the lie, that is being imposed upon us daily, and we have to say NO, Bloody way, No More, to this ridiculous lie and practice.
What are we? Men and Women or Sheep for the slaughter, of our rights under heaven?
How are we bringing up our children, to know how to be honest and reliable and able to know and maintain all of our rights under heaven, when we blindly and in a cowardly way, allow our selves to practice a lie?
You people in the work force, and you owners of such business, Stop practicing this lie. Stand up and be counted and Say, I will Not Do this lie, in the work shop, nor will I allow it to be imposed over me, where ever I go in my life, nor will I teach my children to accept this lie, and to stand against it and its ilk where ever they find it being practiced.
If we do not stand against such a lie, how can we say to our children, you must do it for all of us. What a lie that is too.
Anyway, this is just another issue for all of you to consider for yourselves. I have made up my mind and I will never submit to it at any time.
